IMPORTANT: Advance registration is now closed. You are welcome to register on-site.

We recommend that you carefully read the registration terms before filling in the registration form and that you have a credit card ready for the hotel reservation and/or payment for the conference. This electronic transaction is secure, and your credit card information is encrypted during the registration process.

All fees include: Conference material, coffee breaks. Registration for participants and students additionally include welcome reception and conference dinner.

Lunch: Lunch is not included in the registration fee. It is possible to purchase a package of three lunch tickets on the registration form, at a cost of SEK450.

Payment

Payment must be made in advance of the conference.

Swedish delegates

Swedish delegates can choose to pay either by credit card or by invoice. If you choose to pay by invoice an administrative fee of SEK 100 will be added. You will receive your invoice by e-mail. If you need your invoice to be sent to a postal address you must write your invoice address and reference (if any) on the payment page of the registration form. VAT will be added according to Swedish legislation and routines.

Delegates from outside Sweden

  • VAT will not be added for delegates from outside Sweden
  • All payments must be made in SEK (Swedish krona)
  • Payment should be made by credit card or by bank transfer
  • We will not accept any bank charge deductions
  • Unfortunately we cannot accept payment by bank cheques or euro cheques

Confirmation of Registration

You will receive a confirmation of registration by e-mail within a week after we have received your registration. If you have not received your confirmation within a week, please send an e-mail to the conference secretariat.

Cancellation of participation in the conference has to be made by e-mail to:

For cancellations made by July 15 at the latest, you will be charged a cancellation fee of SEK750. In case we already have received your payment, we will reimburse all fees except the non-refundable SEK750 cancellation fee. No refund or reduction of the fee is possible for cancellations made after July 15.

Change of Delegate

Substitutions of delegates can be made at any time for an additional charge of SEK 250. Please contact the conference secretariat if you wish to change delegate.
